ganapatayei:

Dancing.
Do you see why dancing and rhythm is so intrinsic in spirituality? Kirtan, Whirling Sufism, and so on and so forth. When you dance you lose your inhibitions and you become one with an energy that before laid dormant within you. You are so present and so there. Tap into that energy within you. That energy that opens you up—that energy is called Ganesha. He rests in your root chakra and ensures that you are grounded before you begin any journey. Om Gam Ganapatayei Namaha!
